PublicVerge Intel ("PublicVerge," "we," "us") provides public-sector market intelligence services. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website, email communications, onboarding, and customer relationship.

• Customer-provided service preferences such as monitored territories, public entities, product categories, competitors, and report recipients.
• Commercial information such as selected service tier, billing status, and transaction records.
• Communications and support requests exchanged with PublicVerge.
• Basic technical information that hosting, security, or email providers may process to operate their services.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, configure monitoring scope, prepare intelligence reports, communicate with customers, manage billing and support, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Payments

Payment processing may be provided through Stripe-hosted payment services. PublicVerge does not intend to store full payment-card numbers on its own systems. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

Customer separation

Private customer information, watchlists, pricing, communications, and reports are not intentionally disclosed to other customers. Public information gathered from public sources may be used across research workflows where appropriate.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as email, hosting, payment, automation, and productivity providers. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
