Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PublicVerge Intel services. By requesting, purchasing or using a service, the customer agrees to the applicable service description, pricing, and these terms unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Service

PublicVerge provides informational business intelligence based on public records, such as bond elections, budgets, capital plans, board and council actions, procurement postings, cooperative purchasing records and contract awards. Services include a free event brief, a one-time Territory Pipeline Report, Founding Monitoring, and individually scoped multi-territory work.

Public records only

PublicVerge works from publicly available sources. PublicVerge does not claim or provide insider, nonpublic or proprietary access to any agency.

No procurement or outcome guarantee

PublicVerge does not guarantee that a monitored project will proceed, be funded, be bid or be awarded, that a procurement will occur, that a source is complete or error-free, that a customer will qualify for or win a contract, or that any specific commercial outcome will occur. PublicVerge does not provide legal, tax, procurement, financial, or investment advice.

Customer scope

Territory, categories, watchlists, recipients, and reporting cadence are set by the service description or the scope confirmed with the customer in writing. Requests to materially expand coverage require a separate scope decision and may be priced separately.

Public-source limitations

Government records and public websites may be delayed, incomplete, changed, removed, or temporarily unavailable. PublicVerge uses reasonable research and evidence-labeling practices but cannot guarantee that all relevant information is identified.

Billing

• Free event brief. No charge and no obligation. Requesting a brief does not enroll you in any paid service.
• Territory Pipeline Report. A one-time payment of $249. No subscription is required. Payment is due before delivery, and the report is delivered after payment is received.
• Founding Monitoring. A founding rate of $300 to $500 per month, depending on territory size and watchlist length, confirmed in writing before any billing. Monitoring is month-to-month and does not renew automatically: each month is confirmed with the customer before it is billed.
• Manufacturer and multi-territory work. Scoped and quoted individually in writing before any billing.

Customers who purchased the earlier introductory offer before October 12, 2026 will have that purchase honored under its original terms.

Cancellation

No PublicVerge service renews automatically. A customer may decline any further month of Founding Monitoring at any time before it is confirmed. Refund treatment is described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Customers may use PublicVerge reports for their own legitimate business purposes. Customers may not misrepresent PublicVerge findings, resell reports without permission, use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another customer's private information, or interfere with PublicVerge systems or providers.

Limitation of service

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PublicVerge's service is provided on an informational basis and without warranties of guaranteed completeness, availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific commercial results.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated when reasonably required.
