Free event brief

The free event brief has no charge, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

Territory Pipeline Report ($249, one-time)

• The report is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no renewal.
• Payment is made before delivery.
• If the delivered report materially differs from what was described at purchase, request a refund within 7 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund.
• If you request cancellation before the report is delivered, the payment will be refunded in full.

Founding Monitoring (month-to-month)

• Monitoring does not renew automatically. Each month is confirmed with you before it is billed.
• You can stop at any time by not confirming the next month, or by emailing us.
• A month that has been confirmed and billed is generally non-refundable once monitoring for that month has begun. Billing errors are always corrected.

Earlier introductory offer

Any customer who purchased the earlier introductory offer before October 12, 2026 will have that purchase honored under its original terms, including its original refund terms.

Billing errors and exceptions

If you believe a payment was made in error, was duplicated, or does not match what you agreed to, contact PublicVerge promptly. Refunds, credits, and billing adjustments are reviewed and processed promptly.
