Texas · November 3, 2026 elections

Texas Nov. 3 public-sector funding results: security, turf and parks.

School districts and cities across Texas have bond propositions on the Nov. 3 ballot that name security systems, athletic fields and parks work. PublicVerge is tracking them from official sources, and after the vote we'll publish which passed and what comes next.

Free. Delivered by email. Results are labeled "Unofficial — pending canvass" until each governing body canvasses the vote.

Last updated: Nov. 4, 2026 7:09 AM CT · Status: POST-ELECTION · Official canvass: pending; Texas local canvasses run Nov. 6–17, 2026

Unofficial — pending canvass = unofficial results posted by the county or entity election office, shown with the source URL and retrieval time · Pending — no result available = no official-source result posted when we checked · Official — canvassed = results canvassed by the governing body (Texas local canvasses run Nov. 6–17, 2026)

Important: Unofficial results are not certified and may change before the official canvass (provisional, mail and overseas ballots are still being processed). A proposition passing authorizes the entity to issue bonds or fund the listed purposes; it does not by itself create a purchasing contract, a procurement opportunity, or a funding allocation for any product category.

What PublicVerge tracks

What PublicVerge tracks and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Before the vote

We record every tracked proposition's ballot amount (program total), the scope language from the official record, and its stage, PROPOSED.

  2. 02

    Election night and after

We label results "Unofficial — pending canvass" from the county's or entity's posted results, with the source and time retrieved, then update them once the governing body canvasses the vote.

  3. 03

    After approval

Bonds are typically sold some weeks after the canvass, and design, construction-manager and purchasing decisions follow. Manor ISD, for example, says bonds can be sold 45 to 60 days after the election is canvassed.

  4. 04

    Next watchpoint

We follow each passed item to its next watchpoint: board approvals, design awards, cooperative-contract purchases or bid postings, and show the purchasing route when the agency publishes it.
